Biography

Scott Hallgren’s multi-million stream first album, 2010’s tango/jazz, is finding a new home at

Ear Up Records. Joining it soon will be his 2013 sophomore EP, Quiet, then. His current work as

an award-winning composer, conductor, and performer includes works for the stage and screen.

Scott’s career includes over 20 years of live, touring, and studio work as a pianist/keyboardist,

arranger, and producer. Opportunities for commercial and scoring work led to a stint as the house

composer for the Documentary Channel as well as placements on broadcast, cable, and online.
